Return & Exchange Policy

At The Rustic Barn and The Rustic Closet, we want you to love your purchase.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery (for shipped orders) or 14 days from in-store purchase for:

• Exchange
• Store credit only

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of fragrance, deodorant, or damages
• With original tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or process your exchange.  Because returns must arrive back in original sellable condition, we are only able to issue store credit for the items that arrived safely.  Approved refunds for defective items will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Final Sale Policy

All sale or marked-down merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

• Discounted items
• Clearance items
• Promotional sale items
• Seasonal clearance(Fall, Christmas)
• Special orders
• Custom furniture or made-to-order pieces

No exceptions.
