We want you to love your purchase from The Rustic Barn. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.

Store Credit & Exchanges We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price and can be applied to any future order.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Rustic Barn is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Seasonal items
• Christmas/holiday items
• Sale or discounted items

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at hello@therusticbarnct.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
