
About The Barn
What began as a little red barn-turned-workshop is now a one-of -a-kind retail experience. In 2015, we opened the doors to the Rustic Barn in Killingworth, Connecticut, and customers instantly fell in love with our handmade farmhouse furniture and home decor.
Every day we're thankful that we get to live our dreams and add warmth, scent, and style to our customers homes. And we want to thank you for helping us spread The Rustic Barn just a little bit further.

About Our Candles
Every one of our clean-burning soy wax candles is hand-poured in-house at our studio in Killingworth, Connecticut. With over 25,000 candles poured and counting, we continue to create new seasonal scents inspired by what our customers love most.

Burn times are approximate. They will vary according to conditions and fragrance.
Due to the hand poured nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or altered after it has been placed. Please contact us at 860-452-4145 as soon as possible, and we will make the decisions on a per order basis.
Promotions and discounts are for retail customers only and cannot be applied to wholesale orders.
Product samples will be granted at the discretion of The Rustic Barn. Please contact us to inquire about any sample requests.
No cash refunds. Any exchange requests will be decided upon on a per order basis.
All damages must be reported to The Rustic Barn within 10 business days. Save all boxes and packaging material to expedite the return process.
Take photos of any damages as we may need them for claim submissions with our shipping carriers.

Minimum opening order of $500
Minimum of 3 candles per scent. Candles are poured upon order.
All orders are placed by case quantity. All candles are sold in cases of 6, unless otherwise specified.
Payment
Payment
New accounts require pre-payment, due at shipping. Payment options include credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), or Paypal.
NET 30 terms will be considered for accounts in good standing after an established order history. A credit application and references must be submitted and approved before terms are given.
A 50% deposit is required on all orders of $4,000 or more.

Lead Time
Each product is hand poured to order. Our production time is 2–3 weeks, not including shipping. Please note lead times can extend past 3 weeks leading up to and during the holiday season. If you have an event or specific date in which you need your order by, please provide the date and we will advise if we can accommodate your request.

Shipping
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
UPS and USPS are our preferred shipping carriers. If you have an account number you’d like to use with any carrier, please let us know.
Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The Rustic Barn closely monitors transit schedules and weather. We make every attempt to avoid orders sitting in a shipping hub over a weekend in extreme, hot or cold temperatures.
Resale
Resale
Resellers may sell The Rustic Barn products on their own website. No reseller has permission to sell The Rustic Barn products on Amazon.com storefronts, or online auction sites such as eBay. You may not not undercut our pricing.
