  • What’s included in each candle subscription box?

    Each meticulously curated box features an 8oz. candle in a glass jar with a wooden lid and a delicate 4oz. tin candle. 

  • When will my subscription box ship?

    We ship subscription boxes on the 15th of each month. 3 and 6-month boxes ship each month consecutively (i.e. August 15th, September 15th, and October 15th, etc.). For 4-season orders, 1 box ships every 3 months.

  • How are the candles packaged?

    Candles are nestled in a Rustic Barn gift box, thoughtfully hand-packaged with cushioning to protect the contents and ensure a delightful unwrapping experience. If you’d like to elevate the presentation of your gift, select this option at checkout. For $5 more, the first box of your subscription can include a tasteful bow with a touch of faux floral accents.

  • Can I choose my own scents?

    While we don't offer full customization of scents, we've got a unique approach to ensure you love your candle subscription without feeling overwhelmed. Instead of picking specific scents, you can choose a scent profile or opt for our seasonal bestsellers. This way, you influence the scents you like while trusting us to match the season and your preferences. Who knows– this might introduce you to new scents you'll adore. Think of it as a delightful monthly surprise! 

  • What if I have a specific allergy to a scent or essential oil?

    Be sure to add it in the notes so we can be mindful of the scents and oils we choose. While we cannot guarantee our candles will be free of these allergens, we will do our best to meet your needs within reason.
